The other day I promised a link to an article I wrote about why I don’t like to meditate.

I wrote it awhile back after an old friend got a job at Headspace, a company that I believe makes a meditation app. She asked if I wanted to write something for them, and I came up with what I considered to be a pretty good piece. Unfortunately, it ended up being anti-meditation and therefore wasn’t very appropriate for Headspace… ah well.

I eventually decided to stop sitting on it and sent it over to the Mighty. They published it, and it’s gotten some love.
